Navigating a kitchen or bathroom remodel is a huge undertaking. Our Renovation ProFile service is your essential first step, giving you the clarity and confidence to move forward. This service is designed to provide you with a comprehensive, professional file of all the critical data and concepts you need to get accurate bids and execute a smart remodel.
We’ve condensed months of decisions into a streamlined, multi-phase process that leaves you with a complete foundational plan for your renovation.

Phase 01
The On-Site Assessment
We'll kick things off with a 1.5-hour in-person consultation in your space. We'll discuss your goals, explore the possibilities, and take measurements to inform the design. We'll also use LIDR technology to scan the space to create accurate technical drawings (essential for your builder!).
Phase 02
The ProFile
We'll spend the next few weeks behind the scenes, compiling a custom Renovation ProFile for you. This includes a foundational floor plan, conceptual selections for cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures, and a plan for plumbing and lighting placement.
Phase 03
The Presentation
We'll meet via Google Meet for 2 hours to walk through your completed Renovation ProFile together, fine-tune details in real time, and make sure you leave with total clarity. Following the meeting, one revision pass limited to changes discussed will be delivered within 5 business days — leaving you with a polished, contractor-ready foundational plan.
The Deliverables
Your Renovation ProFile is a digital dossier that includes:
1. Floor plan and space planning (in 2D and 3D views).
2. Plumbing and lighting placement.
3. CAD (technical) drawings to share with your builder.
4. Conceptual selections for key materials and fixtures.
5. Action Plan for running your project like a pro.
6. Budget Planning Information
Good to Know: This is a fixed-scope, three-phase service — not an open-ended design engagement. Your goals are captured once at the on-site assessment, and the final presentation is a working session for refinements, not redirects. One revision pass is included, delivered within 5 business days of the meeting. One room per booking. RVA area only.
Please note: This $5,000 flat-fee package is strictly for remodels staying within the existing footprint of the room. If your project involves building an addition, moving load-bearing walls, or relocating a room entirely, please apply for a Custom Renovation ProFile below.
