Let’s be real: Renovation reality shows have lied to us. They show the demolition (fun!) and the reveal (tears of joy!), but they skip the part where you spend three weeks debating the merits of "Warm White" vs. "Swiss Skies" grout while your contractor sighs loudly in the background.
A successful renovation isn’t just about picking pretty things; it’s about communication.
If you hand a contractor a vague idea, you get a vague quote (and a lot of "change orders" later). That is why I created my newest service: The Renovation ProFile.
What is the Renovation ProFile?
Think of this as your renovation safety net. It’s a consultation-only service designed specifically for Kitchens and Baths right here in RVA (Richmond, Virginia).
We start with an on-site deep dive and a 3D scan of your space. Then, I disappear into my design cave for a few weeks. I emerge with a digital dossier that you can hand directly to your builder.
It includes the boring-but-critical stuff (technical CAD drawings, lighting layouts) and the fun stuff (cabinet concepts, tile selections, lighting fixtures).
Why do you need it?
Accurate Bids: Builders can’t give you a real price if they don’t know what you’re building. This plan gives them the data they need.
Sanity: You make the decisions before your sink is ripped out.
Freedom: You manage the project, but you do it armed with a professional plan.
Which Service is Right for You? (The Breakdown)

1. The "Gut Job" 🛠️
Scenario: You are ripping out cabinets, moving plumbing, or knocking down walls in a Kitchen or Bath.

3. The "Unstuck Button" 💻
